ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS

Tom Hendricks, Vice President, Fluor Industrial Services (United States)

Tom Hendricks is the Vice President of Fluor's Industrial Services Business Line in the Americas. Fluor is one of the world's largest publicly traded Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance Organizations. Over the span of 25 years, Tom has lead capital investment programs for DuPont, REC Solar, Genentech, Pfizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb. His postings include the United States, Ireland, Singapore and China. Tom's present role includes business development, operations and profit/loss responsibility for Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Plant Operations & Maintenance, Commercial, and Infrastructure sectors. Tom is a registered Chemical Engineer and completed his MBA in Finance.

Rob Bollenback, Project Director, Fluor Industrial Services (Indonesia)

Rob Bollenback is currently the Fluor Project Director for the Design and Construction of 2 consumer products manufacturing facilities near Jakarta, Indonesia. Prior to this assignment, he spent 2 years as a Fluor construction manager for a manufacturing facility near Beijing, China. In addition to these assignments, Rob spent 8 years in the Philippines as the client project manager for a large multi-category consumer products facility. His experience on both the client and service side of the engineering and construction industry give him unique insight to the challenges and dynamics of working together to design and construct large scale manufacturing facilities in developing markets.

Stuart Mosby, Project Director, Fluor Industrial Services (China)

With over 20 years’ experience, and having lived/worked in 9 countries, Stuart has become a trusted authority on executing large Industrial, Manufacturing and Life Sciences Projects in diverse locations. Having spent the last 7 years in Asia, Stuart has further developed his capability to deliver large, complex facilities, in challenging environments, where cultural differences can otherwise have a major influence on project success. Stuart is currently the Project Director for a complex $350M, Sterile Fill Finish facility in Suzhou, China, for a major multinational pharmaceutical company. He also acts as Fluor's Industrial Services Risk Representative for Asia, and has delivered Risk Seminars both internally and to Industry.
