|Date: March 29, 2016
- Mike Thiel, Director of Security, Children’s Hospital and Health System
Today’s institutions are held to high and sometimes difficult to reconcile standards. Hospitals need to help their patients heal and deliver a caring experience, while simultaneously keeping stakeholders safe from increasing workplace violence and community threats, as well as preventing drug theft. The key to addressing these challenges is creating a culture of safety.
In this webinar you will learn:
- To develop a culture of safety that protects patients and staff
- How a safety culture can improve patient outcomes and health
- To balance priorities of caring for patients against the imperative for protection to address growing threats
Please join us for a discussion about how
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin created
a culture of safety to deliver better patient
outcomes, higher compliance, and stronger safety.
