    Scot Stelter, Director of Product Marketing, Alien Technology 

    Scot Stelter has been the Director of Product Marketing for Alien Technology, a leading provider of RFID products, since 2003.  Prior to joining Alien Technology, he held marketing posts at Alegion Corporation, a supply chain collaboration software company, and Adaptec, a leader in computer peripheral I/O technology.  Before his marketing career, Mr. Stelter designed signal processing electronics for several Silicon Valley firms, including KLA-Tencor.  He holds BSEE and MBA degrees from the University of California.


    Jim Caudill, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, Xterprise 

    Jim Caudill leads all marketing, product management, alliances and strategic sales consulting activities. Mr. Caudill comes to Xterprise from supply chain planning and execution application company i2 Technologies, Inc. where he held the position of Vice President of Strategic Solutions.

    While at i2 he also served as Vice President of Solutions, Strategy and Alliances and worked closely with Microsoft in that capacity. Prior to i2, he was with Yantra Corporation where he led the distribution and logistics vertical. Mr. Caudill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from The California Polytechnic University.

    He is a respected speaker, author and industry thought leader regarding supply chain applications and trends.

      Paul Sanford, Sr. Product Manager BizTalk RFID, Microsoft Corporation  
    Paul is a Sr. Product Manager on the BizTalk Server RFID team leading the PR, internal alignment and field readiness and execution efforts around RFID for Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Paul worked extensively in a post-sales capacity implementing custom and off-the-shelf software for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
