    Robert D. Kugel, CFA
    VP & Research Director - Financial Performance Management & ERP
    Ventana Research

    Rob heads up the Financial Performance Management (FPM) practice, focusing on the intersection of information technology and the finance organization. The FPM research agenda includes the application of IT to financial process optimization and collaborative systems; control systems and analytics; and advanced budgeting and planning. Rob has been a technology analyst for over 20 years. Prior to joining Ventana Research he was an equity research analyst at several firms including First Albany Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Drexel Burnham, and a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Rob was an Institutional Investor All-American Team member and on the Wall Street Journal All-Star list. Rob has experience in aerospace and defense, banking, manufacturing and retail and consumer services. Rob earned his BA in Economics/Finance at Hampshire College, an MBA in Finance/Accounting at Columbia University, and is a CFA charter holder.

    Bruno Ienni, VP/Controller, Charter Bank

    Bruno has served as the Controller of Charter Bank for the past five years. Charter has tripled in size during that period and now has over $1 billion in assets and $3 in mortgage servicing. In addition to managing financial and regulatory reporting for Charter, Bruno works on the Asset-Liability committee that controls Charter's balance sheet positions and interest rate risk profile. Before coming to Charter, Bruno was Controller at two manufacturing concerns in the Seattle area and spent three years as a financial systems consultant. In addition to his CPA and CMA credentials, Bruno holds a BS in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York.

     

    Karey Robb Banking Specialist PROPHIX Software Inc.

    Karey Robb is a Sales Consultant with PROPHIX and has been with the company since 2001. Since 2004 Karey has brought on such clients as Northern Trust Bank, Tompkins Trust, Mountain West Bank, Steinbach Credit Union and Ziff Brothers Investments. At the beginning of her career with PROPHIX, Karey played a valuable role within the professional services group, leading the implementation of PROPHIX solutions for over 40 clients across a variety of industries and regions. Karey holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Acadia University and T.U.N.S.
