    Bill joined BP in October 2003 as part of the Global Sourcing & Quality leadership team. Prior to BP, he held a variety of executive positions in the IT reseller and information security industries, including Director of Information Security for GE. Before starting a civilian career, Bill served 10 years as a nuclear engineer in the US Navy, specializing in the maintenance and operation of nuclear power plants.

    Bill received his MBA from The College of William & Mary and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a private pilot and aviation mechanic who enjoys restoring antique aircraft. Bill resides near Nashville, TN with his wife and two children.

    Ritesh Idnani, Global Sales and Marketing Head, Infosys BPO

    Ritesh Idnani joined Infosys BPO in November 2005 and currently heads global sales and marketing for the organization. He was previously head of sales for the banking and capital markets vertical at Infosys Technologies. Prior to that Ritesh was with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he set up the financial services risk management practice for India , and before that with Citigroup in corporate and investment banking.

    At Infosys BPO, Ritesh is responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies. He also oversees the strategic business objectives of the company including new opportunities identification, market-led solutions development and monetization, sales strategy and customer relationship management. He has nearly a decade of experience in assisting global corporations choose processes to outsource, implement governance models and manage and drive the performance of their outsourcing relationships.

    Ritesh has a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai and an MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

    Sampath Gomatam, General Manager, CSM & MDM, Click Commerce

    Sampath Gomatam is General Manager of the Contract and Service Management (CSM) and Master Data Management (MDM) business units for Click Commerce. Mr. Gomatam has complete P&L responsibility for these solutions for Click Commerce and manages the overall strategy, the sales and marketing, engineering, professional services and support groups for these solutions. In his current role he reports directly to the President of Click Commerce, Nancy Koenig.

    Sampath Gomatam brings over fifteen years of extensive experience growing revenue, managing global services, and deploying software solutions in Professional Services, Consulting and Engineering organizations. Prior to joining Click Commerce, Mr. Gomatam was the Vice President of Services with Elance Inc., whose Contract and Service Management assets are now a part of Click Commerce. Before Elance, Mr. Gomatam was a Director at Commerce One, where he held various management positions in Business Development, Operations and Consulting. Mr. Gomatam has spent several years working for SAP America deploying supply chain and production planning solutions at large High-Tech manufacturing companies and also has extensive experience in manufacturing execution systems and process automation systems while at leading companies such as Genentech, Degussa and Fluor Daniel.

    He holds a Master of Business Administration, from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Technology, from the Indian Institute of Technology.16,500
