Business Intelligence (BI) has become one of the top strategic and investment priorities for senior level executives.  To support this new focus, a more process-centric form of business intelligence must be introduced through the use of performance management.  The new playing field for BI and Business Performance Management (BPM) means that organizations can take the analytical insights gleamed from BI and transform them into process and action through the use of BPM.

While the convergence of BI and BPM is simple to understand theoretically, actual implementation is much more difficult.  The blurring of these two technologies has the potential to secure large ROI gains to organizations that implement them; however, there is hesitation across industry as to the cost/benefits of such execution.

Join this live, interactive web conference and have the opportunity to speak with industry experts who have used these technologies and benefited from their implementation.

Take away points include:

  • The future value of BI and BPM Integration to business organizations
  • Perceptions of BI-BPM through the end-user’s eyes
  • Costs and benefits of implementation
  • Getting business and technology to work together to achieve organization’s goals
