Q: Do I need to call-in the conference using my telephone?A: No, you will be able to listen to the live audio streaming of the webinar through your computer speakers
Q: I can see but am having trouble hearing the conference.A: Send a message to our host for assistance using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.
Q: Can I ask questions during the meeting?A: Yes, please free to send questions to our host or the speakers using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.
Q: I am having problems logging in /or using the Citrix GoToWebinar platform
A: If you are having problems logging in please see the top of this page for the system requirements or call/email us for techical support.
A: If you are logged in but are experiencing visual or audio problems, click on the HELP tab located at the top of your screen for tips on troubleshooting. Or send a message to our host for assistance using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.

Q: How do I select my computer speakers to receive audio?
A: The Audio Mode is located on the right side of your screen. Click the button "Use Mic & Speakers" (see diagram below).
