PC-based attendees require -- Windows(R) 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server
Macintosh(R)-based attendees require -- Mac OS(R) X 10.4.11 (Tiger(R)) or newer

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do I need to call-in the conference using my telephone?

A: No, you will be able to listen to the live audio streaming of the webinar through your computer speakers

Q: I can see but am having trouble hearing the conference.

A: Send a message to our host for assistance using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.

Q: Can I ask questions during the meeting?

A: Yes, please free to send questions to our host or the speakers using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.



Q: I am having problems logging in /or using the Citrix GoToWebinar platform

A: If you are having problems logging in please see the top of this page for the system requirements or call/email us for techical support.

A: If you are logged in but are experiencing visual or audio problems, click on the HELP tab located at the top of your screen for tips on troubleshooting. Or send a message to our host for assistance using the chat function located at the bottom right of your screen.

Q: I have a question that is not listed above

A: Please call/email us for further information or technical support.

Q: How do I select my computer speakers to receive audio?

A: The Audio Mode is located on the right side of your screen. Click the button "Use Mic & Speakers" (see diagram below).
