Minimizing Risks through Efficient Planning and Execution

Modern multinational corporations need to be in continuous operation 24/7, but daily operations are at risk of experiencing a serious incident that can keep this from happening. Natural disasters, fire, pandemics, system crashes or security breaches can lead to outages of critical business infrastructure or key personnel, costing corporations millions in lost transactions and affecting brand value.

Businesses must be prepared for any incident and have a contingency plan in place to respond and recover quickly, with minimal disruption to services, and at minimal cost to any problem.

Contingency plans must not only cover all aspects of your business, including IT, people and communications, but also your suppliers and contractors. You must be prepared to manage your organization’s risk factors to ensure business continuity.

This web conference brings together business continuity professionals from a selection of major international corporations, facing differing threats to their business continuity.
