    Subs Tripathy heads the Sourcing Solutions group within Novartis Pharmaceuticals Strategic Sourcing.He is responsible for the systems, processes and policies within Strategic Sourcing. These include implementation, rollout and adoption of eProcurement, eSourcing, Contract Management, Savings and KPI Reporting within Novartis.

    Prior to joining Novartis, Subs has worked in the eProcurement domain in Alcoa and various consulting assignments in Japan, Europe and India. He has an MBA and a Masters in eBusiness

    Ronald D. Southard, President & CEO, Intesource, Inc     

    Ron joined Intesource in April 2006, bringing with him 30 years of experience working in the retail industry. Formerly the Executive Vice President at Trax Retail Solutions, he has developed extensive knowledge in the areas of business strategy, sales and marketing. Prior to contributing to the exponential annual revenue increase at Trax, Ron began his career in retail management following which he devoted 25 years of his career to NCR, eventually serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the NCR Global Checkout Software business unit. Ron holds Bachelor of Art and Bachelor of Science degrees from Bridgewater State College in History and Psychology, respectively and has also completed certificate programs at the American School of International Management. Ron is also a certified inventory management specialist.
