Jeff DudleyJeff Dudley, Business Operations Director, Dowpharma and Dow Ventures

Jeff Dudley is responsible for manufacturing leadership for Dowpharma. This leadership includes technology, environmental, health and safety, quality, capital investments and developing partnerships. Jeff has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the chemical industry, having joined Dow in 1989. He has been directly involved in R&D and manufacturing for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing for the last 7 years. Throughout his career he has held positions that enabled him to put great focus on meeting customers’ needs. Jeff is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He is married and has 2 daughters. Outside of work, Jeff devotes much of his time to learning and teaching about leadership and is very active in the Arabian Horse Industry.
