The pharmaceutical promotional landscape continues to change at a rapid pace while opportunities for brand growth are still highly dependent upon face-to-face promotion. At the very least, a live interaction still secures the highest impact in the market – whether it be in person, over the phone, or connecting via 2-way streaming video. The challenge is to maximize that live interaction with customers – both Health Care Providers and Patients – while maintaining a high level of flexibility and agility in the marketplace. Many times this means outsourcing sales and clinical headcount which has inherent risks of developing a co employment situation.

She started as a Sales Representative and took on roles of increasing responsibility as a member of $3B brand marketing team as well as a Regional Sales Director with Wyeth/Pfizer. Wendy most recently worked in the CSO space as a National Sales Director, Sales Director of the Inside Sales Contact Center for several Top 10 Pharma / Biopharma organizations. Wendy was the National Sales Director for both Field and Inside Sales Teams. Prior to that Wendy was responsible for the Sales and Operations leadership of the Contact Center Inside Sales Business Unit.
