    Prior to joining Buxton, Charles managed merger, business transformation and strategic advisory services at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting for key players in the communications/media industry such as AOL, Time Warner, Associated Press, Sprint, Verizon and Southwestern Bell. Charles holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University.

    Bill Stinneford, Sr. Vice President, CustomerID Division, Buxton 

    As senior vice president of Buxton’s CustomerID division, Bill ensures that clients receive quality solutions and service. Bill uses his well-honed professional communication skills to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Bill’s clients include Phonak, Sally Beauty Supply, HEB and Central Market. He keeps up-to-date in retail development through active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

    Prior to joining Buxton, Bill worked for ESPN as an on-air host. He also gained additional business experience by working as a financial analyst for a lending company. Bill’s community service includes active membership in the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and volunteer work with Junior Achievement. Bill graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in business administration.
