      John Rotche, CEO, Ductz International 

    John Rotche is the Founder and President of DUCTZ International, LLC based in Ann Arbor, Mich. Under Rotche’s leadership, DUCTZ has grown from a single franchise launch to over 150 locations in less than four years.  Rotche credits his success, in part, to lessons learned after being recruited by the University of Michigan to play football under one of the sport’s best known leaders, Bo Schembechler.  After graduation in 1990, Rotche began his career in franchising with Dominos Pizza where he served in Corporate Operations from 1993-1999 at the company’s headquarters in Ann Arbor, Mich. Rotche was recruited in 1999 by Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to lead their brand expansion and oversee the Midwest operations.  In 2002, Rotche’s independent spirit and entrepreneurial vision led him to purchase a single-van air duct cleaning company, as he recognized the industry potential for large scale growth. Through strategic partnerships and mergers, Rotche quickly achieved success in growing the organization that is now DUCTZ International, LLC, the world’s largest HVAC cleaning and restoration company.       John Jorgenson, CEO, Franchise Company Solutions 

    John Jorgenson has over thirty years experience in the franchising industry.  He has been a franchisor, franchisee and a consultant who assisted others in starting their own businesses by purchasing a franchise.

     

    Recently, Jorgenson cofounded Franchise Company Solutions (FCS) with partner Mark Pasma and Digital Ink of Harrisburg, PA, one of the largest printers in the country.  John recognized, from his long experience in the franchise industry, very few franchisors provide a complete marketing and advertising system for their franchisees.  FCS provides an internet based platform, completely turn-key and automated, of marketing and advertising systems for franchise companies and their franchisees.  The FCS system gives franchisees the ability to economically use multiple forms of media to market directly to customers in their target geographic and demographic markets.

     

    Jorgenson began his career with Pannell Kerr Forster CPA’s (PKF), at the time the eighth largest public accounting firm in the world.  After six years, Jorgenson was the youngest Partner in their 150 year history, at the age of twenty seven.  While at PKF, John handled the national franchise accounts of Holiday Inns, Embassy Suites, Residence Inns and Hawthorne Suites.

     

    Choice Hotels International hired Jorgenson to start their All Suite Hotel franchise division.  John was instrumental in developing prototype designs, locating sites, working with developers, construction companies and franchise sales.  He was promoted to a senior level position in charge of all new construction for the seven brands under the Choice Hotel umbrella.  At the time he joined Choice Hotels they had a portfolio of 330 franchises, over the six years he was with Choice Hotels they added 1,500 new franchisees.

     

    In 1989 Mr. Jorgenson formed Jorgenson Companies LLC and began developing hotels for his own portfolio.  Over the next decade John developed and owned five hotels, with some of them franchised with national hotel chains.  In addition, he has owned franchises in the fast food industry.

     

    John also spent six years as a consultant with FranChoice.  FranChoice assists people who would like to start their own business by purchasing a franchise.  John guided many people in purchasing the best franchise to accomplish their personal goals.  While at FranChoice, he worked with over one hundred different franchise companies.

      Mark Pasma, Chief Development Officer, Franchise Company Solutions 

    Mark Pasma has experienced a great deal of success in the franchise industry as the owner of several franchise companies.  He began his franchise career in 1988 with the purchase of his first business, a ServiceMaster Cleaning franchise. In 1993 he bought a Norrell Staffing franchise to assist his growing companies with their employment challenges.  To balance out his portfolio of business experiences, in 2002 he purchase a retail coffee and smoothie franchise and currently owns a multi-unit fitness franchise.  For over eight years he was an independent consultant with FranChoice.  He has worked with scores of people giving them first-hand knowledge of life as a franchise owner.  Today he is the Chief Development Officer of FCS, a company that has designed an automated on-line marketing and advertising system franchisees can use to build, launch and track marketing and advertising campaigns called the Easy Way.
