Ron Fritzmartin is a Life Sciences veteran with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in clinical research and development in the pharmaceutical industry and support organizations. With a strong record of leading multi-disciplinary and multi-national project teams, his primary focus areas are analytics, informatics, biomedical information operations and organizational development.
He is currently Managing Partner at Decision Analytics, LLC a consulting firm serving the Biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to Decision Analytics, LLC, he was VP, Informatics & Knowledge Management at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. and V.P., Global Technical Services at Daiichi Medical Research, Inc., responsible for biostatistics, data operations, knowledge management and biomedical informatics.
Ron has been a regular speaker, session and meeting chair at numerous DIA and other industry meetings for over 20 years and has authored articles for the DIA Journal, DIA Today and other publications, as well as serving as a member of the DIA Editorial Board.
Ron will discuss the overall drivers for Records Management in a Life Sciences business environment and the drivers for life cycle content management in the Research & Development space.
Ron received a PhD in statistics from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the University of New Haven, and a BS & MS from Southern Connecticut State University.

Dr. Ganesh Swaminathan has over 18 years of experience in a wide range of Life Sciences functions including quality, regulatory compliance & submission, research and development, supply chain and manufacturing. As a subject matter expert, he has unlocked and delivered value in multiple engagements across various functions of top 50 global Life Sciences companies.
In his current position as Practice Director for Syntel’s Life Sciences group he is responsible for strategic analysis and consulting, designing and implementing solutions for Syntel’s life sciences customers, and developing Syntel’s intellectual property resources.
He has been an active speaker in various industry forums including DIA, AdvaMed, and other and has authored several articles for Industry publications.
Dr. Swaminath holds a Master’s in Science and a PhD in Chemistry.
