    Jason Rosemurgy, Global Sales Director, Terso Solutions, Inc.


    Jason Rosemurgy is the Global Sales Director at Terso Solutions. He is responsible for all new business development, customer satisfaction and partnership initiatives for Terso. Jason has strengthened the management team at Terso through his exceptional leadership abilities, as well as his strength and experience in account management and new business development.

     

    Prior to joining Terso in 2009, Jason personally owned and operated a business enterprise, and was responsible for the day-to-day operations and all aspects of profitability with over $42 million in annual revenues. During this time, Jason led the company to exponential increases in both sales volumes and revenues. Also prior to joining the Terso team, Jason served as a client representative for IBM/Lexmark, and was recognized for numerous sales and leadership initiatives.

     

    Jason earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

     

    Patrick C. McCarthy, Esq., CEO, Validiti LLC


    McCarthy is a well respected and accomplished executive and licensed attorney with 25 years of healthcare specific experience including General Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Business Development, Product Management and Development, Operations, Training, and Consulting Services.

    His expertise spans medical products, capital equipment, pharmaceuticals, software, information systems, healthcare supply chain and consulting services.

    Patrick has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and consistent overachievement of aggressive goals whether in "start-up" mode or with Fortune 500 companies. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has an outstanding track record of building successful franchises in extremely diverse clinical and business settings including: Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, IV therapy, Anesthesia, OR, ICU, pain management, materiel management and supply chain management.

    Through his experience in supply chain management, sales and marketing, law, strategic business planning, and standards body involvement, McCarthy personally built and managed businesses and relationships at multiple levels within many of the world’s largest healthcare companies. It has also provided him an understanding of the multi-faceted business needs of healthcare manufacturers, distributors and providers alike.

    Over the past ten years, McCarthy held executive positions at The Broadlane Group, GHX and WaveMark delivering solutions to reduce supply chain costs with special emphasis on the physician preference and e-commerce markets. McCarthy previously held Sales and Marketing positions with Abbott Laboratories and Procter and Gamble. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Management from the University of Kentucky and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit. More recent course work includes Executive Education at Harvard Business School specializing in Professional Services as well as Building New Ventures.

    As CEO of Validiti, McCarthy aims to serve medical device suppliers, their customers and patients by delivering supply chain services that provide lasting financial, operational and clinical improvements.
