Due to exciting business growth, Envision Pharma Group has multiple Account Management openings in our medical communications services business, and are seeking Account Manager and Senior Account Manager candidates, ready to take their next career step in an agency with an industry-leading heritage and continuing dynamic evolution. The ideal candidates will have broad medical communications project experience (in one of these openings experience of publication planning/implementation will be an advantage). To succeed in these roles you will apply your project management expertise, financial acumen, interpersonal skills and creativity, and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery excellence for our clients, as well as continued business growth. This role can be based in our Warren, NJ office or remote.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with client team members, serving as their day-to-day contact
  • Work effectively with a multidisciplinary internal team to ensure client satisfaction through successful project delivery
  • Communicate project-specific client briefs to the internal team
  • Troubleshoot project delivery challenges and collaborate with colleagues as necessary to address these
  • Apply an in-depth knowledge of Envision Pharma Group and client SOPs and best practices
  • Support/lead client and internal status updates and other meetings, as appropriate to role level
  • Undertake financial management, including budget development/tracking, forecasting, and proposal development for assigned account, as appropriate to role level
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions and Scientific leaders to define and evolve account strategy and facilitate ongoing growth, as appropriate to role level
  • In the more senior roles, provide mentorship and/or training to junior Client Solutions team members, as necessary

Skills and experience required:

  • Prior experience (minimum 3–5 years depending on level of role) in a project/account coordination role in a medical communications, or similar, agency environment.
  • Excellent project planning and project management skills
  • Highly organized with proven ability to multitask
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, and mentor less experienced team members (more senior roles)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and delivery of event
