Job Description :

Job Purpose

To promote, support, and facilitate individuals engaging in research activities to advance research in practice. Will have focus in evidence-based practice, the conduct of research, research utilization, and research dissemination. Collaborates and develops innovative programs to educate, mentor, and enhance the knowledge of nursing staff.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Master's in Nursing or related field
• PhD or DNP, preferred

Licenses and/or Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, in TX or eligible multistate
• ANCC Magnet-recognized specialty certification, preferred

Work Experience:

• 5 years nursing experience
• 2 years related experience in research publications, preferred
