Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Drug Discovery & Development,
  • Wednesday, June 13, 2018

Join our featured speakers for an informative session focusing on the topic of how blockchain technology can be used in the life sciences to manage a wide range of data and more. Hear from experts in technology, genomics and blockchain on topics that will include the foreseeable benefits and potential challenges of using blockchain within the life sciences; how blockchain can revolutionize the way data is collected, stored and later verified; and how blockchain can potentially advance drug discovery.

Some questions that will be answered include:

  • How does blockchain capture and manage data, and how can this be beneficial to the data produced within the life sciences?
  • Is blockchain safe to use in the life sciences with such highly confidential information as medical records, lab reports, test results, etc.?
  • What role can blockchain play in the capture of the data produced throughout the different phases of the drug discovery process?
