Despite growing awareness of the need for equity in healthcare, clinical trials continue to lack diversity. Underrepresented communities face persistent barriers, including transportation challenges, lost wages, mistrust and discouragement from prior disqualification. Join this webinar to explore how Labcorp and Acclinate are collaborating to bridge these gaps and how community engagement can drive meaningful change in clinical trial access and participation.
Underrepresented groups are knowledgeable about clinical trials but are unaware of how or why to participate. Surveys and direct feedback reveal the need for trusted messengers, practical support and visible commitment. Labcorp and Acclinate are responding with community-driven strategies, including local outreach, educational initiatives and flexible sample collection options.
The featured speakers will share how a joint initiative generated new insights into healthcare perceptions in underrepresented communities. Attendees will hear how these insights are being used to inform trial design and implementation. The session will also highlight how Labcorp patient service centers and home self-collection options are helping reduce participation burdens.
Register now to learn how amplifying underrepresented voices can improve access, trust and diversity in clinical trials.
