Troy has led multiple strategic consulting engagements over the past eight years including pricing and contracting strategy, clinical-commercial convergence, value proposition development, scenario planning, competitive positioning, and launch. He has broad experience across numerous therapeutic areas including rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular, MS, hemophilia, ophthalmology, and oncology.

Troy has more than 16 years of Pharmaceutical marketing expertise across all stakeholders (i.e., patients, providers, payers). Prior to joining Quintiles, Troy ran his own consulting company, PointBreak Consulting, dedicated to helping clients solve strategic issues and has worked as a consultant with Campbell Alliance, a management consultancy dedicated to the Pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Prior to his time at Campbell, Troy held numerous roles in marketing, strategic planning, portfolio management, and business development at companies that are now Valeant, Pfizer and AbbVie.
