What does it mean to have a truly site-centric supply chain? In the past, site forecasting was considered avoiding stock-out. This is no longer the case. To be truly site-centric, there are many critical factors that must be incorporated into your supply strategy. Take a step back for a moment and imagine if the sites themselves were designing the supply strategy. What would change? Management of storage capacity, temperature sensitive material, etc., may take a more prevalent role in supply design. For a site-centric approach to work, supply managers must take this perspective into account and consider the implications of site-level forecasting vs. study-level forecasting as well as the technology that can be leveraged to support it. This webinar provides tools and tips to master your site-centric strategy for clinical supply management.

Discussion topics include:

  • Insights into the impact of supply strategy on the day-to-day operations at a site
  • How to run clinical trials without stock-outs
  • Site forecasting vs. study forecasting
  • Key considerations for site forecasting: understanding strategy and risks
  • Leveraging tools and technology to deliver a truly site-centric approach to supply
