Jackie Hughes, Sr. Vice President, Data Operations, Biometrics, Syneos Health

Jackie Hughes is responsible for the leadership of the global data operations department, supporting delivery of the full service portfolio for all therapeutic area business units. Jackie has worked in the industry for 32 years, including 25 in the pharmaceutical industry and 7 years at Syneos Health. She stared her career as a Clinical Data Associate in 2000.

Audra Holleman, Vice President, Clinical Development, General Medicine, Syneos Health

Audra Holleman has over 25 years’ experience in the clinical research industry, including 19 in a CRO. She leads global clinical operations for the general medicine business unit, and is experienced in FSP and full service strategic partnership development and operational oversight. Audra is passionate about innovation, quality, and creating clinical development pathways for clinical staff. Prior to her current position, she held various roles within monitoring and clinical operations oversight, project management and was the executive director of portfolio/relationship oversight.

Breton Couturier, Sr. Director, Clinical Operations, Syneos Health

Bret is a Senior Director, Clinical Operations responsible for multiple global strategic partnerships within Syneos Health’s FSP business. He joined Syneos in 2008 and has been leading clinical engagements (from site activation, to clinical monitoring, and project management) across multiple top 20 pharma accounts in over 35 countries. During his tenure, Bret has helped drive growth and expansion of his partnerships through a focus on strong team engagement. His passion is breathing life into Syneos’ Empowered Employee Experience and a shared belief culture is built by empowering people to achieve success.

Bret began as a study start-up associate within FSP and quickly advanced to his first leadership position in 2010 as Manager, Clinical Operations leading a study start-up FSP. He was able to grow this partnership from a single functional team in one country to over ten different functional areas in multiple countries. It was here Bret’s passion for supporting the growth and development of his team solidified. In early 2017, Bret shifted focus and led a clinical monitoring team as Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring within a top 5 pharma partnership to broaden his expertise.  Near the end of 2018 Bret shifted to his current position where his teams are poised for continued growth in 2021.

Melanie Wright, Associate Director, TMF Operations, Syneos Health

Melanie Wright joined Syneos Health over 7 years ago as a TMF Document Specialist and Works closely alongside TMF Leads and TMF Lead Managers to support TMF Oversight. She has participated in multiple opportunities with Syneos: bid defense meetings abroad, training development, eTMF implementation, mentoring and much more.
