Joe Pleshek, President and CEO, Terso Solutions, Inc.

Joe Pleshek is the President and CEO of Terso Solutions. Since joining Terso in 2007 he has overseen rapid growth for the company providing overall strategic direction and financial management for the business as well as managing day-to-day operations. He has worked closely with Terso’s clients in the Healthcare and Life Science markets to drive business value through Terso’s RFID enabled inventory management solutions. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Nathan Cowan, General Manager of Global Sales, HubSpan

Nathan Cowan is the General Manager of Global Sales at Hubspan, having responsibility for Hubspan’s sales organizations and strategic partnerships. Nathan has been with Hubspan for over four years, having previously been responsible for Solutions Engineering, and has helped businesses including Barnes & Noble, Whirlpool, Cisco, and others achieve quantifiable business results with integration in the cloud. Prior to joining Hubspan, Mr. Cowan was the Sr. Director of Product Development at technology startup Diligenz, Inc, leading the company’s product evolution from web application to integrated Software-as-a-Service solution for financial institutions. Mr. Cowan has most recently led discussions on cloud computing trends as part of IBM’s “Hursley Comes to You” events across the United States.

Tracy Hillstrom, Sr. Product Line Manager, Impinj, Inc.

Tracy Hillstrom is a Sr. Product Line Manager and is responsible for managing Impinj’s RFID reader platform, including its speedway® family of RFID reader products. Tracy has over 10 years of experience in managing hardware products in both OEM and distribution channels. Prior to Impinj Tracy was with WatchGuard Technologies, a Seattle based network security provider. Prior to WatchGuard, Tracy managed one of the automated data capture product lines for Intermec.
