A Senior Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning is responsible for leveraging advanced data science skills, including machine learning and AI technologies, to drive innovation and deliver actionable insights across company projects.

How will you make an impact?

• Design, develop and productionize machine learning models, including tree-based models, deep learning, statistical models, and generative AI.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate model performance and business strategies.
• Manage and optimize data workflows, ensuring robust data collection, storage, and retrieval practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines and architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Strong educational background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics); Master's/PhD preferred but not required. 
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field. 
• Proficient in Python and SQL with a solid understanding of coding best practices. 
• Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, deep learning models, Large Language Models and Generative AI techniques  
• Experience designing and executing A/B testing frameworks. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of databases and data engineering principles. 
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, and their application in data science workflows. 
• Knowledge of problem solving using Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools like Jira.
