Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management

  • Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks and validation processes.
  • Develop and implement data management protocols and practices.
Data Analysis
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Document data management processes, procedures, and protocols.
  • Generate regular reports for various projects and key metrics.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support
  • Collaborate with other team members to support data-related initiatives and projects.
  • Provide training and support to other staff on data management tools and processes.
  • Serve as a resource for data-related inquiries and requests.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, or related field.

Credentials:

  • N/A

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using tools such as Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) is desirable.
  • Strong Google Suite skills.
