Job Description

The MSL is responsible for liaising with a variety of internal and external customers and providing medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of ADCT products. They will serve as experts in the therapeutic area and disease state area and support the marketed products and pipeline portfolio. This includes developing peer-level relationships with customers at the national, regional and local levels, researchers, population-based decision makers in the payer community consistent with Medical Affairs objectives. This field-based position will collect field insights to inform medical affairs objectives. Job level (MSL, Sr., A.D.) will be commensurate with experience and education. The position will report to the Head of Field Medical Affairs and Medical Communications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT and its products, pipeline, research activities, and ADCT product development. Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
  • Develop territory plans to initiate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Providers (HCPs).
  • Maintain medical expertise and a strong understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.
  • Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
  • Develop and demonstrate competencies in the understanding and communication of relevant scientific information, including but not limited to disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanism of action for therapeutics agents, RWE.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards and in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
Requirements

Who You Are:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
  • MSL experience in hematology/oncology therapeutic area preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
  • Previous experience of working within Hematology/Oncology.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the PhRMA, OIG and other relevant guidelines.
  • Good understanding of the clinical development process and the ICH-GCP guidelines.

Additional information:

  • Field-based role – must be located within the pre-specified regional territory.
  • Travel – approximately 50-60% of the time.
