We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to oversee and guide a significant project within our regulated industry framework. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management within regulated sectors and a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure team members have the necessary resources.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Budget Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Monitor expenditures and report on financial performance.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain compliance.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare).
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
