RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage multi-country projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functional areas.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings, provide clear updates, record actions, and maintain detailed risk logs.
• Utilize advanced project planning tools, such as MS Project, Excel, and SmartSheets, to develop and track project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with employees from diverse areas to ensure project success.
• Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare systems and their impact on pharmaceutical business and products.
• Leverage knowledge of therapeutic areas to guide project-related decisions and strategies.

EXPERIENCE
6+ years of project management experience, particularly in complex and multi-country projects.

• Understanding of healthcare systems and their influence on pharmaceutical businesses (preferred).
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas (preferred).
