Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform various clerical work such as: filing, straightening, organizing of paperwork. (Career & Self Development)
• Clean and organize the study table areas. (Professionalism & Teamwork)
• Answer the telephone and direct calls as necessary. (Professionalism & Communication)
• Type documents, run errands, and photocopy as directed.(Communication & Professionalism)
• Create visually attractive fliers and promotional material as needed. (Career & Self Development)
• Take initiative to suggest and develop ways to promote the ARC. (Career & Self Development)
• Manage, run, and promote the ARC Instagram page.(Equity & Inclusion, Leadership & Communication)

Qualifications

• Major in Marketing or CMMA preferred
• Current USF student in good standing
• Eligible for Federal Work Study award
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• Experience in Customer Service a plus!
