Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare administration, or a related field. PMP or other project management-related certifications are highly advantageous.

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on projects with some technical aspect(s) and at least 2 years in the healthcare space.

• Experience applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies required

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of moderate complexity.

• Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams. Experience working with external vendors or partners is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Effective interpersonal, negotiation and meeting facilitation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management software (Jira is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Passion for continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for project artifacts such as the Project Plan, Project Charter, Project Kickoff, Project Midterm, Project Closeout and Lessons Learned.

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of your assigned program projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify project resources and allocate them effectively to meet project goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, manage resources, and ensure project deliverables are on schedule.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Collaborate with external vendors or partners to ensure the delivery of digital projects on time.

• Communicate project goals, updates, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

• Proactively identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project schedule, budget, or scope.

• Lead problem-solving efforts to ensure the resolution of project roadblocks in a timely manner.

• Regularly review and assess project performance, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.

• Monitor the progress of digital projects to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the process.

• Perform regular project audits to ensure adherence to established quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and achievements.

• Manage and set clear expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines, deliverables, and potential risks.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.

• Continuously assess and improve program project management processes to increase efficiency and ensure the best outcomes.

• Develop and maintain best practices for program project management.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
