Job Description

Transplant Account Director (TAD), Kidney is a national sales executive that is a US field-based resource that works in collaboration with the Kidney Transplant Center Testing sales team.  Successful TAD is self-starter who brings technical expertise combined with strong people skills and business savvy. You enjoy coaching new hires to the most season sales professional. You are motivated to exceed objectives, and you are a lifetime learner. You also enjoy working in a field where you can help improve the lives of patients, while being at the forefront of the personalized medicine revolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership and field team to improve and expand patient testing opportunities for CareDx’s innovative testing solutions.
  • Provide leadership and accurate forecasting of progress against key performance indicators
  • Skillfully coach representatives through complex selling scenarios
  • Assist with new hire training and field travel new hires during onboarding period
  • Drive AlloSure Kidney testing volumes in US with accountability for designated key high profile accounts
  • Implement a rigorous management process to ensure the timely progression of accounts from qualification to close
  • Help deliver New Hire Training and AlloSure Kidney subject matter expert.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires as well as continuing education and skill building for experienced representatives
  • Perform field visits weekly with Transplant Account Managers
  • Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Deliver on quarterly and annual objectives
  • Maintain and uphold accountability to all compliance and expense reporting standards
  • Travel weekly throughout United States (50%)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or science discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Diagnostics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • High performer; top 10% of stack ranking sales role
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to teach it to both experienced and newer experienced representatives
  • Proven success selling to Clinicians, health care systems, large organizations, and C-Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Experience in transplant, strongly preferred
  • Passion for patients
