Jessica Green, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Dr. Jessica Green, Ph.D. is the Communications Editor for Xtalks. She edits the webpage content, press releases, and social media posts to promote effective communications with Xtalks' audience of life science industry professionals. She also works with clients to create feature articles based on their webinar topics. Her areas of expertise include evolutionary biology, molecular population genetics, cancer biology, immunology, bioinformatics, and machine learning. She earned her doctorate from York University in 2012 and has since worked in oncology and immunology research laboratories at Mount Sinai Hospital and The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Dr. Green has authored several scientific papers and has acted as the editor for general-audience science books on topics including nutrition and epigenetics.
