The opportunity

We have an amazing opportunity for an Agency Global Head to help shape the future of EPG! This great role will be key in overseeing and driving all aspects of our agency's operations to ensure successful P&L management. You will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage senior client relationships, ensure operational effectiveness, heading up a leadership team and wider talented team of professionals across various locations.

As the Agency Global Head, you will play a crucial role in setting the overall direction and vision for the agency, while ensuring financial and performance targets are met or exceeded. You will also be a pivotal and key member of the wider Envision Medical Communications (EMC) senior leadership team, helping to shape the overall strategy of medical communications within EPG. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, successful P&L management experience and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Role responsibilities

• Ensure agency P&L targets are met, utilizing market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying additional opportunities for organic growth.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions and strategies to future proof the agency, enhancing our operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Drive accelerated growth, leading agency and company-wide growth and client-centricity initiatives.
• Work with internal leadership teams to Identify and implement innovative and differentiated solutions to future proof the agency, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Approve and align resources based on business priorities.
• Develop and maintain a positive and ethical work environment to attract, retain and develop a diverse and high-performing team.
• Lead both agency and company-wide growth, client-centricity and thought leadership programs, contributing to our position as market leader.
• Work with leaders across the organization to ensure optimization and maximal conversion of new business opportunities.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Deep understanding of medical communications service lines (e.g., publications, strategic medical communications, multichannel, omnichannel etc.).
• A keen interest in innovation and identifying new client solutions aligned to strategic needs.
• Previous demonstrable knowledge of the medical affairs outsourcing service market.
• Proven ability to drive internal and external thought leadership, including content and insights.
• Knowledge of P&L management practices.
