Position Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst is a member of the Data & Analytics team and supports Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, & Information Technology teams to standardize business processes, workflow automations, and creating/enhancing reports for SAP S4 HANA utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). In this role, you will liaise between stakeholders, developers, and end users while acting as an information "quarterback", mapping data flows across multiple systems, supporting accurate, real-time information availability, evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions that support the business needs. An intact understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes is crucial for success in this role, as you will be responsible for translating business needs to technical development teams for execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between business partners, stakeholders, builders, and end users to expedite the creation and delivery of custom data solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate on creation of proactive reports to eliminate reactive firefighting.
  • Develop insights using data-based approaches by analyzing the trends in data from site to site or year over year trends.
  • Prepare users by conducting training, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, provide information as needed to maximize use of systems.
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones / deliverables, and identifies opportunities / risks.
  • Collaborate with global partners to create, implement, and maintain policies, methods, & governance to standardize AI, machine learning, data quality, data sourcing, data ETL, report structure, and report storage.
  • Support KPI generation, measurement, and monitoring.
  • Effectively communicate data insights to cross-functional team members and management.
  • As needed, design, develop, and automate reports in SAC.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or related field.
  • Master's degree in business analytics, data analytics, or data science is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance data analysis, supply chain data analysis, data analytics, or related field.
  • Experience using SAP/SAC; Modeling and Reporting
  • 2-4 years of experience working directly with supply chain and/or finance (Operations Finance, FP&A, Tax & Treasury, and Controllership).
  • Understanding transactions that occur within the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Experience with biopharma companies is a plus.
  • Database experience: SQL, Python, AWS Data Lake
  • Power BI Report building experience

Salary Range: $83,333-$100,175.90

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
