Christina Janzer is the Senior Vice President of Research and Analytics at Slack, where she leads global research and product analytics to enhance workplace productivity and employee experience. She also heads Slack’s Workforce Lab, focusing on improving work dynamics and understanding the impact of artificial intelligence in professional settings.
Before joining Slack, Christina founded the user research team at Facebook, following her role in expanding the company’s customer support operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Product Design from Stanford University.
She is a recognized thought leader in the future of work, with her insights featured in publications such as The New York Times and Vox. She actively advises organizations on integrating AI into educational practices and improving workplace communication and trust.
Dr. Lilach Mollick, Co-Director of the Generative AI Lab at Wharton, Director of Pedagogy at Wharton Interactive, University of Pennsylvania
Dr. Lilach Mollick is the Co-Director of the Wharton Generative AI Labs at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Her work focuses on developing pedagogical strategies that incorporate artificial intelligence and interactive methodologies.
She has collaborated with Wharton to create a wide range of educational tools and games utilized in classrooms worldwide. Dr. Mollick has authored several papers on the applications of AI in teaching and training, with her work featured in publications such as The New York Times and Vox. She also advises companies and organizations on the benefits and risks of integrating AI into educational practices.
Gerald Kane, Department Head, C. Herman and Mary Virginia Terry Chair of Business Administration and Professor, Department of Management Information Systems, University of Georgia
Dr. Gerald Kane is the C. Herman and Mary Virginia Terry Chair of Business Administration and serves as the Department Head of Management Information Systems at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. His research focuses on the social and ethical implications of artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital innovation during disruptions such as COVID-19, and the digital transformation of legacy companies.
In his academic career, Dr. Kane has held positions such as Senior Editor at MIS Quarterly and has been recognized with numerous awards. He earned his PhD in Information Systems from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, an MDiv in Theology from Emory University and a BA from Furman University.
Haoqi Zhang, Associate Professor of Computer Science, Northwestern University
Dr. Haoqi Zhang is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Design at Northwestern University. His work advances the design of integrated socio-technical models that solve complex problems and advance human values at scale. His research bridges the fields of human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, social and crowd computing, learning science and decision science.
Dr. Zhang received his PhD in Computer Science and BA in Computer Science and Economics from Harvard University. At Northwestern University, he Founded and Directs the Design, Technology, and Research (DTR) program, which provides an original model for research training for more than 100 graduate and undergraduate students. With Matt Easterday, Liz Gerber and Nell O’Rourke, Dr. Zhang co-directs the Delta Lab, an interdisciplinary research lab and design studio across computer science, learning science and design.
