Scott Phillips is the Vice President of Real World Data at Diaceutics, where he leads the strategy, development and adoption of the company’s multi-modal data approach. He partners with a diverse range of clients, including aggregators, marketing agencies, pharmaceutical companies, analytic service providers and marketplaces, to drive innovation and results.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare product development, strategy consulting, market access and business development, Scott has worked closely with pharma and biotech companies to scale and implement groundbreaking digital solutions.

Prior to joining Diaceutics, Scott served as Vice President of Data Strategy at Komodo Health, where he enhanced data products and launched the Health MapEnhance offering. At COTA, as Vice President of Life Sciences, he guided clients in leveraging real-world data (RWD) to optimize clinical research, accelerate drug development and improve oncology trial design.

During his time at Huma, Scott expanded brand awareness and forged strategic partnerships. He also held roles at CVS Health and began his career as a consultant. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.
