It is becoming more and more evident that pharmaceutical companies must increase communication with patients in an effective and comprehensive way. The lifescience industry struggles at times to tailor their approach to meet individual patient needs and ensure they have a successful journey on their prescribed treatment plan. As an industry, we must find new and impactful ways to engage with patients at all points of their ‘patient journey’ and empower them to take action towards better health and wellness. Collaboration is at the heart of creating this impact with patients and their caregivers, thereby embracing their role as a decision-maker along their journey which leads to improved outcomes.
This interactive webinar will look at changing the conversation from one of engagement to collaboration with both patients and patient influencers. The presenters will review some important statistics and look at how adherence is impacting the healthcare system. Insight will be provided into the patient collaboration best practices with a view on how to effectively communicate with patients in a manner that meets their individual needs.
The presenters will also discuss the importance of patient journey(s), best practices, and having a holistic approach to communication.
