We are seeking exceptional Marketing talent for our Summer 2026 Internship Program, a 10-12 week experience designed to develop future Masimo leaders.

What You'll Do
Throughout the program, you'll gain broad tactical and strategic marketing experience within the Global Marketing team.
- Tackle strategic business opportunities with exposure to multiple business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Focus on evolving and executing the company's sustainability strategy.
- Support customer-facing sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales to gather insights and align marketing strategies with customer needs.
- Contribute to global product or service strategies, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with R&D to understand and prioritize product enhancements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sustainability requirements for leading hospitals and competitor initiatives in patient monitoring.
- Translate customer insights into product messaging and positioning.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be an active university student; alumni and students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible.
- Ability to demonstrate strong decision-making, project management, and critical thinking skills.
- Excel in applying problem-solving, organizational, communication, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to innovate and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Academic background or proven interest in healthcare, marketing, and/or environmental science.
Location:
- This position will report on-site in Irvine, CA.
