The ideal candidate will create compelling written and visual content (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, webinar scripts), direct and moderate webinars, and continuously monitor and optimize digital activities for measurable impact. Key responsibilities include:
Creative Content Development
- Write and design engaging content for social media, email, and webinars that reflects industry knowledge and sparks conversation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uncover insights and translate them into compelling stories.
- Plan, direct, and moderate webinars with confidence and professionalism.
- Develop scripts and interactive elements that keep audiences engaged.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; report insights and recommend improvements.
- Apply learnings to future campaigns to drive continuous growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and customer needs.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies to enhance engagement.
- Manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Communicate proactively and maintain accountability for deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong creative writing and visual content skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn about complex industries.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Comfortable hosting and moderating webinars.
- Organized, disciplined, and responsive in communication.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Scientific background is a plus.
- Expertise in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
