Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

The Registrar Department is seeking (1) Enrollment Services Assistant, Senior to join the already awesome team taking the Registrar Department to the next level of excellence!

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The enrollment services assistant will provide quality customer service to all Office of the Registrar clientele regarding policies and procedures via phone, electronic mail and facsimile. Process requests for transcripts and verifications requested by students and other outside agencies. Verify and update information within the National Student Clearinghouse database. Process SSN/Name Changes, Academic Renewals, CLEP Credit, Repeat to Replace and Course Descriptions. Perform various job duties as related to handling special projects such as banner testing, mass audits or batch transcript mailing. Audit and recreate large volumes of academic records for students requesting academic information. Additional duties as assigned.

- Perform various job duties as related to handling special projects such as banner testing, mass audits, or batch transcript mailing.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information and matters with discretion, tact and diplomacy and serve as a resource for the office, faculty, staff and students

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications

- Knowledgeable of university policies and procedures and the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA)
