WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position is responsible for effectively processing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HCM System & OneUSG, with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Performs the following transactions in OneUSG: Hires, Terminations, Reporting Changes, Create Positions.

• Performs verification of employment, sends out separation notices Form DOL-800

• Serves as 1 st level responder to emails and phone inquiries, reviews and responds to all inquires in the [email protected] email accounts.

• Audit and verify data entered in the HCM system

• Run queries in the HCM to reconcile various transactions against data entered in job bank.

• Other duties as assigned.

NOTE: This position is located 100% on GSU's main campus in Downtown Atlanta.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Notary Public or able to become certified within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of University System of Georgia (USG) or State of Georgia, Human Resources experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.
