Responsibilities

The IT Support Specialist Intern will be under the general supervision of the IT Support Specialist Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Level 1 ServiceDesk troubleshooting.
• Assist with client deployment and workstation configuration.
• IT inventory management.
• IT data entry
• Support additional IT managed projects

Qualifications

• Basic Troubleshooting
• Hardware Support Skills
• Computer information systems basics
• Documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Education/Experience

• Current high school enrollment in Computer Information Systems.
