About the opportunity
You drive SAP projects that keep our US manufacturing sites running smoothly in the areas of Production Planning, Production Execution, Internal Logistics and Quality. As part of the Global Operations "Plan to Produce Process Governance" team, you work closely with business process experts, local users and the Master Data team to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions. In this role, you take ownership from scoping to go-live and ensure that process and system changes are implemented in a structured, sustainable way.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $137,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.

About the opportunity
You drive SAP projects that keep our US manufacturing sites running smoothly in the areas of Production Planning, Production Execution, Internal Logistics and Quality. As part of the Global Operations "Plan to Produce Process Governance" team, you work closely with business process experts, local users and the Master Data team to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions. In this role, you take ownership from scoping to go-live and ensure that process and system changes are implemented in a structured, sustainable way.
Your tasks include
- Lead SAP projects for our US manufacturing sites in Production Planning, Production Execution, Internal Logistics and Quality - from definition and planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Coordinate global, cross-functional project teams in a matrix setup, including business process experts, local key users and the Master Data team.
- Plan and manage project activities, timelines and milestones, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, in scope and to the required quality.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, design process and system solutions, and drive clear decisions.
- Collect, analyze and validate data from different sources (people, documents, systems) to support design, testing, migration and go-live.
- Prepare, track and implement SAP change requests in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of all project activities, manage risks and issues, and communicate status transparently to all relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- You bring solid experience in end-to-end business processes such as Production Planning, Production Execution, internal logistics and quality within a manufacturing environment.
- You have hands-on experience with SAP R/3 in these areas; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- You are familiar with batch management, shelf-life management and the related SAP master data.
- You have a proven track record of managing medium-sized SAP projects and working with project teams in a matrix organization.
- You have successfully led or significantly contributed to at least one SAP integration or rollout project.
- You prioritize effectively, keep focus in a dynamic environment and drive topics to completion with a structured approach.
- You hold a university degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field, or bring comparable practical experience in SAP project management
