Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Deal Desk is the strategic advisor that helps our sales teams navigate complex deals and maximize revenue opportunities. This role is essential to our mission because effective deal support enables us to close more partnerships with healthcare providers and expand access to personalized medicine. This role leads the deal support function, providing strategic guidance on complex deals, pricing, and contract negotiations to accelerate deal velocity while maximizing revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. Employees are regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the deal desk team.
- Provide strategic support for complex and non-standard deals.
- Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and approval processes.
- Support contract negotiations and deal structuring.
- Analyze deal performance and pricing trends.
- Partner with sales teams to accelerate deal closure.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and contract policies.
- Design and Execute rules of engagement, out of territory, split policy, and deal approval process workflow.
- Design and Execute MDM capability within Salesforce CRM.

Experience and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance with at least 2 years in management roles.
- Proven experience in deal structuring and pricing analysis.
- Experience with contract management and revenue recognition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
