The opportunity

We are building our Senior Manager Talent Community within Strategic Consulting as we continue to scale our capability and pipeline of future opportunities. While this is not an immediate vacancy, we are keen to connect with accomplished consulting leaders who are interested in exploring future roles with us.

As Senior Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from structuring the engagement and setting direction, to guiding teams through execution and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading day-to-day relationships and providing strategic counsel grounded in insight, rigour, and commercial awareness.

Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in the identifying follow-on opportunities, contributing to business development activity, and helping to build compelling proposals, capability materials, and thought leadership. You will also support the development of internal tools, best practices, and talent, strengthening our long-term consulting capability.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and providing strategic counsel.
• Produce client-ready deliverables and strategic recommendations that address complex business challenges.
• Plan and structure engagements, including scope, timelines, and resourcing, in partnership with the Project Lead and delivery teams.
• Own core project management activities, proactively managing risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage a portfolio of engagements with an annual book of business of approximately $1.0-$1.25M.
• Identify and support new business and account expansion opportunities, contributing to the closure of $250K-$500K in incremental revenue annually.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior consultants, building capability and bench strength within the team.
• Contribute to business development activity, including proposal development, pitch participation, and development of client case studies.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in management consulting, or an MBA with prior biopharma industry experience in one of the relevant verticals.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and leading projects in one or more of the following areas:

Commercial Strategy

Medical Affairs

Corporate Development

Clinical Development

• Strong passion for and commitment to the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in collaborative, fast-paced consulting environments.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with a track record of translating complex insight into clear, high-impact recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident senior-level presentation ability.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with sound judgement and autonomy.
• Experience leading and developing junior team members across multiple engagements.
