We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to drive the next phase of our global growth and clinical advancements. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the strategy for our Phase II-III oncology programs, ensuring excellence in clinical development. With extensive global engagement, you’ll build strategic partnerships, collaborate with key stakeholders, and work closely with the C-suite, regulatory agencies, and clinical partners to bring life-changing therapies to more patients worldwide.
Your Impact:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee and define the clinical development strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and regulatory landscapes.
- Global Influence: Engage with industry leaders, regulatory authorities, and scientific experts to drive, advance, and deliver our clinical programs.
- Strategic Execution: Ensure successful execution of Phase II-III oncology trials, delivering high-impact results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory, medical, and innovation and commercial teams to drive, advance, and deliver clinical program success.
Your Experience:
- Minimum requirements: Medical Oncologist (MD/MBBS)
- Leadership Excellence: Over 15 years of experience in clinical development in pharma or medical devices with Proven track record in leading clinical development teams in oncology
- Oncology Expertise: Deep experience in Phase II-III trials and global regulatory pathways.
- Global Perspective: Ability to navigate international markets and regulatory landscapes easily.
- C-Suite Communication: Leadership presence, strong strategic acumen, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Agility & Drive: Willingness to travel extensively (30-50%) to build relationships and advance clinical programs.
