Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking a Vice President of Precision GTM Sales to lead the sales supporting the Precision Suite. This is a high-profile role with direct responsibility for ARR bookings across the Precision GTM. The VP will be accountable for ensuring strong client engagement and serving as the critical bridge between our AI-first product roadmap and customer needs.

The ideal candidate is a platform/SaaS expert with experience in data-rich environments, an ability to translate AI-enabled technologies into business value, and the leadership skills to carry both a product quota and team ARR goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the commercial shepherd of ARR across Precision GTM
  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) throughout the sales process, driving value-based selling, creating pipeline reports, and ensuring consistent delivery against quota.
  • Provide thought leadership on how AI (e.g., conversational AI, foundation models, CaraAI) can be applied across RWD, EMR, and claims datasets in commercial pharma
  • Act as the single most critical voice representing clients into product and roadmap discussions, ensuring AI-first expansion across data, agents, and personas.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and translate complex data and technology concepts into practical client solutions across the entire drug development pipeline.
  • Represent high-profile products with visibility to executive leadership and the board, influencing direction and strategy for products

Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA, PhD) in a technical, data, or business discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, or sales engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams and carrying quota.
  • Proven track record of driving ARR growth in SaaS or data-driven product environments.
  • Deep expertise in data-intensive solutions (claims, EMR, RWD) and application of AI/ML technologies in enterprise contexts.
  • Strong familiarity with platform/SaaS delivery models and enterprise solution architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients on value-based selling of complex, technical solutions.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled products and a strong understanding of customer considerations, expectations, and concerns with AI adoption.
  • Oncology and life sciences experience required; strong emphasis on technology, data, and product application.
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and intellectual curiosity.
