As the VP of Technology & AI Commercial Strategy, in this exciting and pivotal role, you will lead and drive AI innovation and growth across our amazing business!

In this high-impact role, you will oversee and empower our business development teams, collaborate closely with vertical presidents, and partner with analytics and salesforce teams to ensure our commercial strategy is executed seamlessly. Your leadership will be crucial in proactively identifying and driving cross-group opportunities while leading an integrated team to win new business and propel our success.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Lead the business development team, fostering collaboration with vertical leaders to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales, ensuring net new business growth across the organization.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency, boost conversion rates, and deliver results.
  • Inspire and reward sales teams with equitable, motivating strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify market trends, inform strategic decisions, and empower teams to adopt a value-based sales approach.
  • Oversee client interactions to strengthen relationships and prevent overlap in client engagements across the organization.
  • Cultivate a value-driven sales culture that supports the achievement of pipeline generation, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and strategic direction in alignment with executive leadership.
  • Drive the implementation of key sales strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify new partnerships and acquisition opportunities to unlock new revenue streams and expand market impact.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of senior commercial or sales leadership experience within a multiservice pharma services organization.
  • Deep expertise in Medical Affairs, Value and Access, and Commercial/Marketing functions within Pharma and Biotech.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
