OpenAI – Torch: OpenAI acquired Torch, a four-person health records startup, in an acqui-hire reportedly valued at about $100 million in equity. Torch was developing technology to unify fragmented medical data for AI use, and its team will support OpenAI’s ChatGPT Health service.

Health IT, EHR & Data Infrastructure

Harmony Healthcare IT – Blue Elm: Harmony Healthcare IT acquired Blue Elm, a Meditech data solutions provider that has supported more than 500 hospitals. The deal adds Meditech-specific capabilities across all major versions, strengthening Harmony’s data extraction, migration, optimization and archiving services for hospitals managing legacy systems.

Workforce, Staffing & Healthcare Operations Platforms

IntelyCare – CareRev: IntelyCare acquired CareRev, combining post-acute and acute care staffing platforms into a broader clinical workforce solution. Both companies will continue operating under their existing brands, providing health systems tools to manage contingent labor, internal staffing pools and clinician scheduling across care settings.

Hospital Systems & Provider Network Transactions

Community Health Systems – Tenor Health Foundation (Pennsylvania Hospitals): Community Health Systems completed the divestiture of three Pennsylvania hospitals to affiliates of Tenor Health Foundation for $33 million in cash plus a $15 million promissory note. The transaction includes hospitals in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre and closed on February 1, 2026.

Robotics, Automation & Healthcare Infrastructure

Serve Robotics – Diligent Robotics: Serve Robotics agreed to acquire Diligent Robotics for approximately $29 million in stock, with potential earn-outs. The transaction marks Serve’s first expansion into healthcare, adding Diligent’s Moxi hospital robots, which are deployed across more than 25 US hospital facilities.

Rehab, Post-Acute & Digital Care Enablement

Net Health – Keet Health (from WebPT): Net Health acquired Keet Health from WebPT, expanding its outcomes measurement and remote therapeutic monitoring capabilities for rehabilitation providers. The transaction supports wider adoption of Net Health’s Limber platform, with integrated experiences planned for WebPT and Clinicient customers in early 2026.
