Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to be part of our 340B Program Compliance Team in Hendersonville, NC.
Newly hired Pharmacy Technicians will receive a $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
$24.53/hr starting pay rate - higher pay possible based on experience, certificaiton, etc.

What You'll Do:
The 340B Program Compliance Technician performs proper, timely audits and data review of various aspects of the 340B program to ensure compliance across multiple pharmacy locations. The technician provides input and feedback in support of 340B policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure 340B program compliance and integrity. Responsibilities include:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B Program and improve the overall efficiency, value, and internal support of the 340B Program.
- Be involved in any and all 340B Program audits.
- Perform audits on a scheduled basis; may involve presenting and resolving reconciliation issues as they arise during the monitoring and reconciliation process.
- Perform monthly audits of contract pharmacies.
- Perform monthly self-audits of 340B pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with 340B Program requirements for qualified patients, drugs, and locations.
- Maintain copies of reports for compliance and audit purposes.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician and Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- A general understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
- Above average communication, analytical, and technical skills.
- Basic skills using Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work demands.
